主持国家级项目3项，其中国家自然科学基金3项；省部级项目2项。以第一作者和通讯作者在《Transboundary and Emerging Diseases》、《Veterinary Research》、《PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases》等主流期刊发表学术论文40余篇，其中SCI 30篇，中文核心3篇，CSCD 7篇。授权实用新型及发明专利15项，鉴定科研成果10个，制定标准3项。
