主持省部级5项目。以第一作者和通讯作者在《Int. J. Mol. Sci 》《BMC Genomics》等主流期刊发表学术论文40余篇，其中SCI 10篇，中文核心30篇，CSCD 10篇。授权5专利，鉴定科研成果15个，制定标准4项。获获青海省科技进步二等奖 1 项、三等奖 1 项。
