主持省级项目5项，参与省级项目5项，主持校企合作项目1项。以第一作者和通讯作者在《Chemical and Biological Technologies in Agriculture》《Animals》等主流期刊发表学术论文60余篇，其中SCI 15篇，中文核心30篇，CSCD 18篇。开发益生菌产品2个，授权发明专利8项，鉴定科研成果10个，制定地方标准2项。获省部级奖励2项。
