主持国家级项目3项，其中国家自然科学基金1项；省部级科研项目7项。以第一作者和通讯作者在《Genomics》《Biology》《中国农业大学学报》等主流期刊发表学术论文40余篇，其中SCI 24篇，中文核心10篇，CSCD 11篇。育成1个品种，授权发明专利10项，鉴定科研成果2个，制定标准17项。获省部级奖励4项。
