主讲本科生《植物保护学》，《鼠害防治》，《害虫生物防治》等课程；研究生《昆虫研究技术》等课程。主持校级教改项目4项。第一作者发表教改论文1篇，指导大学生参与全国植物保护专业能力竞赛获奖4项。

四、科研情况

主持省部级基础研究计划项目1项，主持中央引导地方科技发展资金项目1项，主持中国科betvictor中文 “西部之光”项目1项。以第一作者和通讯作者在《Ecological Entomology》、《Journal of Insect Science》等主流期刊发表学术论文十余篇，其中SCI 5篇，中文核心xx篇，CSCD 7篇。鉴定科研成果1个。获青海省科学技术进步三等奖奖励1项。
