一、主要研究方向

主要从事园艺作物生物信息学和育种方面研究，围绕草莓、香瓜茄等果品重要农艺性状的分子机制解析与高效利用开展工作，研究方向涵盖基因组学、单细胞组学等多组学数据的整合分析，系统揭示作物品质形成、产量构建及环境适应性的分子基础；重点解析风味物质合成与营养品质形成的调控网络，挖掘关键功能基因及转录调控因子；结合产业融合及栽培实践，开展高产优质栽培技术的优化与集成研究。

主持国家级项目3项，在研1项；主持省部级项目4项，在研3项。以第一作者和通讯作者在《Food Research International》《BMC Plant Biology》等主流期刊发表学术论文40余篇，其中SCI 30篇，中文期刊 12篇。主持育成4个品种，授权发明专利2项，主持制定标准4项。获青海省科技进步二等奖1项。
